Vienna is world-renowned for its historic coffee culture and traditional cafés. During your leisure time, consider visiting a traditional Viennese Kaffeehaus and experiencing the city's famous coffee and pastry culture.

After breakfast, embark on a seat-in-coach guided city tour of Vienna, offering a comprehensive introduction to the city's most significant historical and cultural landmarks.

The tour includes a visit to the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace, one of Vienna's most celebrated landmarks. Continue your sightseeing past the Museum of Applied Arts, Vienna State Opera House, Museum of Fine Arts and Museum of Natural History.

Discover the Hofburg Palace, the former imperial residence and closely associated with Empress Elisabeth, affectionately known as Sisi. The tour also takes you past other impressive landmarks, including the Austrian Parliament, Vienna City Hall, Burgtheater, University of Vienna and Votive Church.

The tour concludes at Südtiroler Platz, approximately a 10-minute walk from Vienna city centre. A complimentary transfer service to the State Opera House is available for guests wishing to continue exploring the city independently.

Spend the afternoon at leisure, with time to discover Vienna's charming streets, cafés, shopping areas or additional attractions at your own pace.

After breakfast, leave Vienna for a full-day guided excursion to the Wachau Valley, one of Austria's most renowned wine-producing regions. Known for its excellent wines, picturesque villages and spectacular landscapes, the Wachau Valley offers a wonderful escape from the city.

Begin with a visit to the UNESCO-listed town of Dürnstein, a charming medieval settlement famous for its historic connection with Richard the Lionheart, who was held captive here in 1192. Enjoy free time to explore its picturesque streets and castle ruins.

Continue to Domäne Wachau, where you can sample a selection of five local wines. The experience also includes tastings of regional specialities such as chocolate, jam and liqueurs prepared using locally grown stone fruits, including apricot brandy and apple-cinnamon liqueur.

Proceed to the beautiful village of Weissenkirchen, where you will have the opportunity to visit a traditional local wine tavern and enjoy free time for lunch at your own expense.

Continue the wine experience with visits to family-run wineries. Explore the historic wine cellar of Jamek Winery, featuring a remarkable 450-year-old oak wine press, followed by a tasting of traditionally produced wines and schnapps.

Next, visit Lagler Winery, known for its more modern approach to winemaking, and enjoy a final wine-tasting experience.

Later, travel to the picturesque town of Melk. You may optionally visit the magnificent Melk Abbey (Stift Melk), a world-famous Benedictine abbey founded in 1089 and dramatically situated above the town overlooking the Danube River.

Spend the remainder of the afternoon exploring Melk at your own pace before returning to Vienna.

Holiday Booking – Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation

A minimum booking deposit, as communicated at the time of reservation, is required to confirm your holiday package.

Payment Schedule

The following payment terms shall apply unless otherwise specified:

  1. 75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
  2. 59 to 46 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
  3. 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
  4. No-show: 100% of the package cost will be retained
  5. Non-refundable bookings: 100% of the package cost will be retained

Full payment must be received within the stipulated timelines before departure to ensure confirmation of all travel services.

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer support team.

Airline & Hotel Cancellations

Airline, hotel, cruise, and other supplier-specific cancellation policies shall apply in addition to the cancellation and service charges levied by White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only for refundable components of the booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receipt of confirmation from the respective suppliers.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

Service Charges

Applicable service, processing, banking, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

  1. Any request for changes, amendments, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
  2. All modifications are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment charges.
  3. Name corrections or changes are governed by airline and hotel policies and may not be permitted after booking confirmation.

5. International Holiday Packages

Passport & Visa Requirements

  1. Travelers must hold a passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of travel.
  2. Visa assistance may be provided where applicable; however, visa issuance and approval remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travelers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.

Health & Safety Requirements

Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, entry, and travel regulations applicable to their destination country.

6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds, if any, shall be governed by the policies and decisions of the respective suppliers.

Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies, and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, deficiencies, or service failures of such providers.
