Your coach will collect you from the hotel and take you to Windsor Castle, the historic residence of the British Royal Family for centuries and one of the world's oldest occupied castles. Explore the magnificent State Apartments and St. George's Chapel, while discovering the fascinating history of this royal residence.
Continue through the scenic Wiltshire countryside towards Stonehenge, one of the world's most iconic prehistoric monuments. Admire the mysterious stone circle and the surrounding landscape, which is dotted with prehistoric mounds and archaeological remains.
The tour then continues to Bath, renowned for its elegant Georgian architecture and Roman heritage. Visit the remarkably preserved Roman Baths, one of the finest surviving Roman spa complexes from the ancient world. You may also see the historic Pump Rooms, an impressive neo-classical building associated with Bath's famous thermal waters.

Begin in Oxford, one of England's most historic university cities, with a guided visit to Christ Church College. Discover its magnificent architecture and locations associated with the Harry Potter films, including the famous dining hall.
Continue through the picturesque Cotswolds, travelling through charming villages featuring traditional thatched cottages, quaint tea shops and historic country inns.
Proceed to Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of renowned playwright William Shakespeare. Visit his historic Tudor-era birthplace and explore the period rooms, including the parlour, bedrooms, kitchen and buttery.
Conclude the excursion at the impressive Warwick Castle, where you can step back into England's medieval past. Holiday Booking – Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Payment Policy
Booking Confirmation
A minimum booking deposit, as communicated at the time of reservation, is required to confirm your holiday package.
Payment Schedule
The following payment terms shall apply unless otherwise specified:
- 75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- 59 to 46 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
- No-show: 100% of the package cost will be retained
- Non-refundable bookings: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Full payment must be received within the stipulated timelines before departure to ensure confirmation of all travel services.

Pricing & Inclusions

Late Payments

2. Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer support team.
Cancellation Charges

Airline & Hotel Cancellations
Airline, hotel, cruise, and other supplier-specific cancellation policies shall apply in addition to the cancellation and service charges levied by White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only for refundable components of the booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receipt of confirmation from the respective suppliers.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
Service Charges
Applicable service, processing, banking, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
- Any request for changes, amendments, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
- All modifications are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment charges.
- Name corrections or changes are governed by airline and hotel policies and may not be permitted after booking confirmation.
5. International Holiday Packages
Passport & Visa Requirements
- Travelers must hold a passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of travel.
- Visa assistance may be provided where applicable; however, visa issuance and approval remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travelers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
Health & Safety Requirements
Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, entry, and travel regulations applicable to their destination country.
6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds, if any, shall be governed by the policies and decisions of the respective suppliers.
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies, and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, deficiencies, or service failures of such providers.
