Upon arrival in Zurich, meet your private car and proceed with a comfortable transfer to your hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and take some time to relax.

In the early evening, proceed to a multi-cuisine restaurant and enjoy a delicious dinner. After dinner, return to the hotel and spend the remainder of the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Mount Titlis and Lucerne. Travel through the scenic Albis Pass and along the shores of the beautiful Lake of the Four Cantons before arriving in the charming town of Lucerne.

Enjoy a brief guided orientation tour of Lucerne and discover some of its most famous landmarks. You will have approximately one hour of free time to explore attractions such as the iconic Lion Monument, historic Chapel Bridge, Town Hall, or the impressive Concert and Congress Hall.

Continue towards the mountain resort town of Engelberg, where your spectacular journey to Mount Titlis begins. Board the Rotair rotating cable car and ascend to approximately 3,020 metres, enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Alpine glaciers and snow-covered landscapes.

Spend approximately one and a half hours enjoying the scenic beauty of Mount Titlis. Relax on the sun terrace or explore the mountain's dining options. You may also experience the Ice Grotto, take a ride on the Ice Flyer, and enjoy the Fun Lift for an up-close view of the impressive ice formations and crevasses.

After completing the excursion, return to Zurich. The evening is at leisure, with an optional opportunity to enjoy a scenic boat ride on Lake Lucerne, subject to availability.

Holiday Booking – Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation

A minimum booking deposit, as communicated at the time of reservation, is required to confirm your holiday package.

Payment Schedule

The following payment terms shall apply unless otherwise specified:

  1. 75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
  2. 59 to 46 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
  3. 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
  4. No-show: 100% of the package cost will be retained
  5. Non-refundable bookings: 100% of the package cost will be retained

Full payment must be received within the stipulated timelines before departure to ensure confirmation of all travel services.

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer support team.

Cancellation Charges

Airline & Hotel Cancellations

Airline, hotel, cruise, and other supplier-specific cancellation policies shall apply in addition to the cancellation and service charges levied by White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only for refundable components of the booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receipt of confirmation from the respective suppliers.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

Service Charges

Applicable service, processing, banking, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

  1. Any request for changes, amendments, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
  2. All modifications are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment charges.
  3. Name corrections or changes are governed by airline and hotel policies and may not be permitted after booking confirmation.

5. International Holiday Packages

Passport & Visa Requirements

  1. Travelers must hold a passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of travel.
  2. Visa assistance may be provided where applicable; however, visa issuance and approval remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travelers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.

Health & Safety Requirements

Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, entry, and travel regulations applicable to their destination country.

6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds, if any, shall be governed by the policies and decisions of the respective suppliers.

White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies, and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, deficiencies, or service failures of such providers.
