Overnight Stay: Rome

After breakfast, begin your discovery of the Eternal City with an extensive Hop-On Hop-Off sightseeing tour through the heart of Rome. The tour covers the city's major attractions and offers live commentary, allowing you to explore at your own pace.

Visit the magnificent Trevi Fountain and admire the grandeur of the Colosseum, one of the world's most iconic ancient landmarks. Rome offers an extraordinary combination of antiquity, architecture, cuisine, culture, religion and shopping.

Continue your exploration with the historic Pantheon, admire Piazza del Campidoglio, designed by Michelangelo, and see the colourful presence of the Swiss Guards in Vatican City.

Located in the picturesque Monti Tiburtini hills, Tivoli has been a popular retreat since ancient times. Discover two remarkable UNESCO World Heritage Sites – Villa d'Este and Hadrian's Villa.

Begin at Villa d'Este, a former Benedictine convent and one of the most enchanting Renaissance villas in Italy. Follow your guide through its beautiful gardens and learn about the fascinating history of the villa. Admire the spectacular Fountain of Neptune, impressive waterfalls, centuries-old trees and the extraordinary collection of fountains spread throughout the gardens.

Continue to Hadrian's Villa (Villa Adriana), the expansive 2nd-century retreat built for Emperor Hadrian. Discover Venice's legendary canals, historic architecture and maze of narrow streets. Upon arrival, enjoy a scenic boat journey across the Venice Lagoon before exploring the city on foot.

Take part in a two-hour guided walking tour, during which your guide will introduce you to the city's significant buildings, monuments and historic landmarks. Continue towards the incomparable St. Mark's Square, the heart of Venice and one of Europe's most celebrated public squares.

Later, transfer by boat and coach for your return journey to Milan.

Holiday Booking – Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation

A minimum booking deposit, as communicated at the time of reservation, is required to confirm your holiday package.

Payment Schedule

The following payment terms shall apply unless otherwise specified:

  1. 75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
  2. 59 to 46 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
  3. 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
  4. No-show: 100% of the package cost will be retained
  5. Non-refundable bookings: 100% of the package cost will be retained

Full payment must be received within the stipulated timelines before departure to ensure confirmation of all travel services.

Airline & Hotel Cancellations

Airline, hotel, cruise, and other supplier-specific cancellation policies shall apply in addition to the cancellation and service charges levied by White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only for refundable components of the booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receipt of confirmation from the respective suppliers.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

Service Charges

Applicable service, processing, banking, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

  1. Any request for changes, amendments, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
  2. All modifications are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment charges.
  3. Name corrections or changes are governed by airline and hotel policies and may not be permitted after booking confirmation.

5. International Holiday Packages

Passport & Visa Requirements

  1. Travelers must hold a passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of travel.
  2. Visa assistance may be provided where applicable; however, visa issuance and approval remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travelers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.

Health & Safety Requirements

Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, entry, and travel regulations applicable to their destination country.

6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds, if any, shall be governed by the policies and decisions of the respective suppliers.

Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies, and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, deficiencies, or service failures of such providers.
